September 17–20, 2026 | De Vermaning
From September 17 to 20, 2026, the historic chapel De Vermaning in Den Hoorn (Texel, The Netherlands) will serve as an international gathering spot for master hand engravers.
The Engrave In International II – Texel Edition will bring together engravers from Sweden, Germany, Austria, Denmark, and the Netherlands for four days focused on craftsmanship, artistic exchange, and professional inspiration. This is not a trade fair or competition. It is an intimate, professional meeting centered on the art of hand engraving — a centuries-old craft that requires precision, patience, and artistic excellence.
The program includes:
- A collaborative engraving project: The Texel Plate II
- Live demonstrations
- Lectures and professional presentations
- Mini workshops
- A final open afternoon for visitors
Participation is limited to 30 engravers to ensure meaningful exchange and in-depth interaction.
